Pricing and Availability
The prices of Fantasia by DeSerio products are indicated in U.S. dollars, excluding taxes and shipping costs. Fantasia by DeSerio charges state, county, and local tax as required by applicable law. Fantasia by DeSerio reserves the right to change the assortment of items offered on the Fantasia by DeSerio website from time to time without prior notice to the customer. Fantasia by DeSerio will not be liable if any product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable. In the circumstance that any item a customer selects becomes unavailable after confirmation of the order, the customer service department will inform the customer by phone or e-mail as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Delivery
As stated above, the advertised prices do not include any shipping cost. Fantasia by DeSerio ships all orders via UPS with insurance. The customer will be given the option of selecting a desired shipping method. During the ordering procedure, Fantasia by DeSerio will inform the customer of the standard time required for delivery and the various forms of delivery available for the goods purchased. However, Fantasia by DeSerio reserves the right to divide the order into partial shipments. In this case, the customer's credit card or debit card will only be charged for a single shipment. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your shipment has been sent. You may monitor your shipment by entering the tracking number at UPS.com or by calling UPS customer service at 1-800-742-5877. Most items offered by Fantasia by DeSerio are not stocked and are made to order. Please allow up to two full weeks from date of order to delivery on FantasiaJewelry.com “Shop Now” products.

Return Policy
You may return any online purchase (except for special orders) within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returns must include the original sales receipt and be unworn, with tickets attached, and returned in original packaging. All potential returns require preapproval and are assigned a unique RMA number. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please ship all item(s) pre-paid and insured. Fantasia by DeSerio is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (e.g. re-sized by a jeweler other than Fantasia by DeSerio) cannot be accepted. We cannot accept returns of Fantasia by DeSerio jewelry purchased at a retail location. Jewelry purchased on fantasiabydeserio.com cannot be returned to a retail location.

Damaged Goods
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to have the item returned to us and replaced at no charge to you. Replacement items will not be shipped to you until we receive the original damaged item.

Repairs
To have an item repaired, please contact us at customerservice@fantasiajewelry.com to receive a repair number. Please email us a brief description of your repair need and we will provide an estimated cost. The estimate may be revised based on the actual examination of the piece.

Price Adjustments
The prices quoted on our website are subject to change, at any time, based upon market fluctuations in commodity prices and demand. In the event that the current product price is lower than the quoted price on the website we will charge you the lower amount.
In the event that the current product price is higher than quoted price on the website we will call you to confirm the order at the correct price while allowing you the opportunity to cancel. Quoted prices on the website that result from technical errors will also be governed by current product price in the event of a discrepancy.
